One of the reasons we were able to afford this lot was because during the rainy season (10 months of the year in Maine), a brook on the property would overflow its banks and go flood most of the land. With permission from the CEO, we retrenched the brook when it was dry and made a beautiful little stream bed. Hopefully we won’t have any problems with this.
